Shauman arrivedlate on the day of the move and came with a small vehicle, which is not enough for 2BR moving. He came and gave excuses that he didn't have adequate people and needed to hire someone- Why were you waiting to come to us to tell us when you could have handled that morning? Thus, we got late to vacating the apartment because of insufficient people. Additionally, because of his small truck, he didn't take some of our stuff, which we threworcarried in our mini car. Additionally, when we came to drop the stuff, he was mishandling our stuff, like dragging it on the floor and throwing it on the floor. He broke one suitcase. Additionally, he mocked us and abused us when he had to put the things together, which he had disassembled. He also broke the foam protectant of the TV and joking us that 'now, I have to pay for this shit!".
