I moved with this company 2 weeks ago, and delightfully there were no problems with my move! I was leary of which moving company to choose, but after speaking on the phone with Jason from QRS, I was comfortable enough to go with him, and I'm very glad I did. The price was the best price I had been quoted, and Jason was very helpful in allowing me to understand what each individual charge was. The movers were on time, very nice, and we're very knowledgeable to be able to answer all the questions I had. Their customer service was very helpful, and kind, and we're able to give me the most up to date information every time I called (which was a lot, since I wasn't a fan of moving all of my stuff anyway, but they assured me everything would be fine, and it was!) the delivery did end up being on my back-up delivery date, but that was only because of the weather! All in all I can say if I had to move again, I wouldn't hesitate moving with Quality Relocation Services. .
