My husband and I hired Quick and Careful for our move from Grand Rapids. We have moved many times and this was, by far the worst experience we ever had. The loading men were inexperienced and as a result, many of our belongings were damaged. Boxes that were clearly marked TOP LOAD ONLY were placed on the bottom with heavy items stacked on top. So many things were ruined. I contacted Quick and Careful and explained the problem. They refused to accept any responsibility for the damage caused. This is not a reputable business. I hope that by reading my review, no one will have to experience what we did. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
