I hired Rainbow Movers to pack and move my 1 bedroom apartment and they left a closet full of items unpacked and unmoved, and they moved a piece of furniture that was not supposed to go. I called them to ask them to fix this and they blamed me, yelled at me, and hung up on me 3 times. Currently working through the Better Business Bureau to get a partial refund, and I had to hire new movers to finish the job Rainbow Movers did not complete. This move was more expensive and more stressful because of Rainbow Movers, when moving is already a lot to deal with. Save yourself a headache and don't waste your money - do not hire them.
