This load took 9 hours for a 20 ft. UHaul truck which is beyond my imagination. Many items were damaged during the load including my leather sofa, my dining table, my daughter's headboard, dresser and bookcase and several smaller items. I tried to work with this company regarding compensation and they would take no responsibility for their actions.
I also hired this company to perform a Move-Out clean - 3 hours and the lady only brought a vacuum cleaner. I found her using my bathroom hand towel to wipe the counters and again using my kitchen dish towel to mop the kitchen floor. Again, the company will take no responsibility other than to state "disciplinary actions have been taken".
