Review of BonJim Shipping (RMRR SHIPPING) on UShip, operated by Jim and Bonnie Nutt. DO NOT USE THEM. I had a agreement and confirmation on my move for relocation for a more than a month prior to the move. To quote them "I was golden" for the move. I received confirmed pick-up two days prior to my move. Then, unexpectedly and without any notice or explanation, they disappeared. They would not respond to email, text or phone calls (phone calls went to VM which went un-returned. From what I've been able to determine in my review of the matter, they found a higher priced load and just flat blew me off, they didn't even have the courtesy or decency to answer my calls, texts or emails.

RMSS Shipping gave a good bid to move my household from Alabama to Washington; however, they were a week late in picking up my furniture. Then they loaded it into two trucks instead of one, hauled it to a nearby storage unit and dumped all my things there, and then lied for the next three weeks saying they had truck trouble but were on their way. They never left the city they picked the furniture up in! After three weeks, we found where they had stored my belongings and they literally piled it in like trash. I had to hire a new mover and still do not know the extent of damages! NEVER hire them!!
