I confess that I was stressed and being overwhelmed by the task of selling my home and moving 800 miles away. When Bob Reeves from Sinclair Moving arrived to walk thru and provide an estimate, it was evident that he was a complete professional and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every single question. The price was very fair and reasonable. By the time he left, I felt that the move was manageable for me. The office staff was also wonderful and I felt free to call with any additional worries or questions. The week of the move, (the last week of January 2025), NJ experienced a huge ice and snow event that I thought would derail the move and the closing on my house. Sinclair came thru and sent a wonderful team of absolute professionals who went WELL above and beyond that day! The great experience continued thru the transport and unloading process in Georgia. While I hope to never move again, if I did, I would surely use Sinclair Movers!

The three gentlemen who moved our piano were very polite, professional and efficient! The price was appropriate for the task they had to complete as well as the distance that they had to travel. I would definitely use Mayflower again for any move!

We used Sinclair (Mayflower) Movers for our move from Philadelphia to Orlando. Huge mistake. We had set items aside to transport in our car. When we went to retrieve these items they were gone. These items were electronics and clothes. When we notified the foreman he told us the workers must have packed our stuff but that it would arrive at our new home. Much to our dismay it did not. We realized most of the workers did not speak English and therefore the foreman was not able to ask them if they had actually loaded our stuff onto the truck. We contacted Sinclair several times. They kept telling us they were “searching” for our items. Since we were getting no resolution we filed a claim. It was denied because when the movers unloaded our stuff they had us sign a form saying we had received everything and they used this as their excuse not to reimburse us. We now realize signing this was a mistake. We thought we were acknowledging delivery not that everything was received. There was no way for us to know if everything was delivered at that point. We went back to Sinclair to seek resolution. They gave us the run around for months then offered us less than half of what it would cost to replace our items. Since we were tired of the hassle we agreed. However, we never received the check they promised. In addition to this we discovered more missing items! We have moved several times and used various movers. This move with Sinclair (Mayflower) was by far the worse.

Congratulations to the owners and managers of Sinclair Moving & Storage on having THE ace team. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Sinclair has been professional, courteous and can-do. Each has been a great resource to me over the past 8-ish years through several residential and business moves. Starting with when you transferred my furnishings from the long haul trailer into the center of town, then into your storage facility, again last year when I brought some of the items up here, then when your crew prepared 5 big items for donation to Habitat for Humanity Re-Store, and yesterday when my precious things were delivered to me here in NYC. I feel lucky to have had your support through all these moves and recommend you without reservation. Thank you.

We have no complaints. Crew that moved our belongings were organized & very polite. No damage to any furniture. Services were completed as agreed. Our move was local and occurred in 10/23. Thank you Sinclair Moving.
