I just recently used this service to move a few items from my parents house in P.E.I to my house in Ontario. Jeff seemed kind at first, albeit a bit busy, and difficult to get a hold of, but after that things went downhill.
I was quoted about $2,000 but then they added $500 to the price when they picked up the furniture, even though I gave them detailed list of everything that was being transported.
I was told our things would arrive between the end of October to the beginning of November. They arrived at the end of November, and half of the furniture was broken!
Two arms for dining chairs were broken completely off, 3/4 legs from a side table were broken off, scratches, and chunks of wood missing from our dining table.
It said they were insured up to $25,000, but when I went to make a claim, Jeff said it was a problem with the material of my furniture. They were perfect when picked up, and broken when arrived.
DO NOT USE if you would like your things intact!
