I honestly don't know where to begin, thats just how legit awful this moving company is!! what could have been a seemless process, turned into 3 days (YES 3 DAYS)! of completely wasted time. Oh wait a minute, our things still haven't been moved! There was a lot of excuses tossed around...( day 1) from 9a- 4pm...our drivers are on the way, whats your address again, our drivers were in an accident and wrecked the truck, we'll move you guys tomorrow at 2p (day 2) .. What's the ETA? Drivers are picking up the truck, will arrive to you shortly, what's your address again?,..received a call from the driver, we're arriving in 45 min,. 45 minutes never came, its now been 3 hours later..We called back several times no answer, Finally Kristy decides to answer and wait a minute shes upset with us, because we're upset with their lack of professionalism ( go figure)!..then she hands the phone over to the dispatch manager Craig, whopromises with everything tomorrow at 2 we'll be there you have my word( day 3)...its 2:15 NO MOVERS! We call Craig and he says ive quit the company, Wow! 'Unprofessional Movers' did I get it all correct??? They are the absolute WORST! Save yourself the energy and aggravation and hire REAL MOVERS!
