This company uses other companies to ship things. I told them the weight of my stuff, and they gave me an estimate for the price based on the probably volume. On moving day, the volume was 3 times what they had estimated, and they wanted to charge me 3 times as much. My stuff was heavy and packed tightly and probably weighed significantly less than what I told them; this was an intentional underestimate. On moving day, I could not get a hold of anyone. The company that they used to move my stuff has 1.6 starts and no working phone number.
