I stored my items here for over 2 years. Was given the full spiel and they told me everything would be perfect when it came to delivery. Well - they lost an armchair, lamp, hoover, microwave and many other things. They never replied to my emails after that and got back to me much later on because "we are busy at this time of year due to stamp duty increases". Then when they finally acknowledged me, gave me a poorly formatted word document to fill in for lost items and when I took longer than 7 days to reply (despite them ignoring me for weeks lol), they refused to refund any of the items. Poor service. BEWARE OF STORING ANYTHING HERE!!!

several thousand pounds worth of Nathan Dining and lounge furniture was returned damaged, battered and scratched. When the van arrived no protection had been used to protect furniture. Dining table legs were full of digs and dents, 2 dining chairs ruined, lounge unit with layer missing etc , etc New VAX carpet cleaner returned in bits with bits missing.

I cannot thank Trunk Logistics enough for helping me move, the Customer Service Team were so kind, we were originally moving a few months back then finally moved late April (Cambridge to Cambridge), a big thank you to the Office Team. Our Removal Team were excellent - George and Michael arrive as agreed, were professional, polite and kind during this stressful time, they carefully pack all our house up in time for the lunch time completion. They then met us at our new home and place everything as expected. My mum was with me and sitting on a lounge chair, they left this item until the end to enable her to remain safe and seated. Thank you both. We highly recommend Trunk Logistics

From delays and missing vans that never came, to rude movers, trashed properties, toys, furniture it was an stressful and awful experience. Fabricated calls that weren't received, ignoring emails etc to dismissive customer support. Just don't. It's not worth the upset
