After thorough research (I made a comparative table !), there are 5 reasons why we chose Trusted Mover and give them 5-stars after our local move. 1. They are a family-owned business that backs up their service. Their customer service is prompt and thorough. 2. They have clear and reliable pricing. 3. They have a wonderful web portal for communication and inventory of items. 4. They were on time, worked hard, and addressed our concerns/priorities. 5. They treated us, and our belongings, with great respect. Not a single thing was damaged. I trust Liv at Trusted Movers. She was outstanding with helping me not worry during a stressful time. We will definitely use them again.

they were super fast and very careful in moving my stuff. Thank you Alex and Team. Alex estimated work well and finished it within time. He did lots of extra work too.

They steal your belongings! Driver admitted to having my things and refuses to bring them to me! It’s been over one month now! They work together with independence Van lines based out of FL! They quote you a price then Rob you for more money for no extra furniture! They block your number, they ignore you! They hire crack heads that steal your belongings then tell you to put a claim! They should be in jail! Trusted movers based out of IL and independence Van lines based out of FL!! Tyler, Jordan, Chris, and Anna all should be in jail!!
