DON'T USE US National Van Lines moving co. !! Changed their name to US Moving Van Lines. THEY WILL LIE JUST TO BOOK YOUR MOVE! We booked a move to Minnesota for my son's first job. Read the small print, we asked them to deliver it on June 8 and after that they said they have 30 days to deliver it. They took our money(2100$), told us every day for a month they were moving it, never did. We had to rent a UHAUL and move it ourselves after 40 days of my son sleeping on the floor of his apartment. They have not given us the forms for Arbitration and Settlement that are required by the Department of Transportation. They also never answer the phone, so you have to call constantly to try to speak to someone.??
