This company is also known as 500 Move. Do not use this company. In the beginning, I was in contact with a lady named Britney that was great; she was friendly, flexible, and gave off good vibes. She quoted me for my move and on the day the movers came, they told me they had to charge me more to appropriately wrap my belongings to prevent damage. The total came out to $788.64 more than the original quote. When I was ready for my belongings (I moved out of state), I called Britney and she told me she’d have to look into the schedule to see how soon my stuff could be transported; she said a lady named Maria would call me later on to discuss. I let her know I didn’t want to secure a storage unit until I knew when my stuff would arrive so I wasn’t paying for an empty storage unit. This was on a Wednesday. I did not hear back and assumed they were just busy. I called the following Monday and Britney said she didn’t have any updates for me but would have Maria call me back as soon as she got into the office. I did not receive any call backs. Tuesday came and a man called stating he was nearby with my stuff; since this was unexpected and no one communicated with me, we agreed he would deliver my belongings the following day so I had time to make arrangements. He texted me at 10pm that same night asking if I can meet him at the storage unit at 8am the following day; I agreed. I went to the storage facility at 750am and waited. He did not show. I texted him a little after 8am and he responded, stating they just woke up and he’d be there in an hour and a half. I was annoyed but there was nothing I could do. He still came late and the gentleman he was with made casual conversation with me; he said they met with his parents and had breakfast this morning. I was a bit offended as it sounded like they could have notified me ahead of time that they were going to be late so I didn’t waste my time going to the storage facility at 8am. They unloaded my stuff and to my disappointment, many of my brand new pieces of furniture were broken and damaged. Boxes that were marked “fragile” were squished and in poor condition. I was making notes of this and taking pictures and the man said to me, “They aren’t going to care about your damaged boxes.” After they unloaded my stuff, I called Britney, extremely upset, and she told me she’d have Maria call me back to file a claim. Still have not heard anything from them. Britney was great until the company had my possessions; she then had a very different attitude and always brushed me off, claiming this Maria person would call me, which never happened. Absolutely poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am 78 years old. My husband of 48 years died so I was moving to Florida from Tucson to live with my daughter. I was on medication and vulnerable because of the death of my husband. I was not thinking clearly or I would not have put up with the abuse I was subjected to by the horrible person that came to my house. My granddaughter had made the arrangements and used USA Moving as they were rated 5 Star on the internet. She was quoted $700. My granddaughter told them there were valuable paintings and guitars and she was told it would cost extra for packing. When the movers arrived there were two kids and an extremely rude person. When I said I wanted to show the kids what was fragile the rude person told me they did not have time for that because I had a lot of papers to sign. When I tried to read the papers he said there was not time to read them, just sign where it was marked. The kids disappeared into the bedrooms and started grabbing things to take out. I tried to stop them when I saw them grab 3 or 4 paintings in each hand to haul out. No protection for the paintings just grab and tape together and shove in truck. Whenever I attempted to stop them and watch what they were doing the extremely rude person kept telling me I could not do that, I had to sign all of the papers. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. He said there would be an extra charge because I had more boxes than what we told the office. I told him I could not possibly have as many as he said and asked him how he got that figure because the boxes were all in a corner of the room. He said he could tell by just looking. I asked him if he loved his mother and he said "yes". I asked him if he treated her the way he was treating me. He did not answer me. He said it was going to cost $2,500.00 I said we were quoted $700 and the paintings were not even packed for protection. I told him the guitars were just grabbed and shoved in the truck. He said there were no guitars, just cases. I told him there were guitars in the cases and he told me he did not see them so there were no guitars. He said it was going to cost a lot more if they had to unload these things from the truck now. I told my granddaughter what happened and she called the company to complain about the way I was treated. She was told the horrible person's name is "Rob or aka Rotem" and that he had anger problems and was trying to work on that. He then called my granddaughter, demanding to know why she called the office on him. When the items arrived I was so grateful that my husband's guitars had not been stolen that I did not notice other missing items until weeks later. I had over 40 paintings that my husband had painted and all of them were damaged. The prints we had made of the paintings were damaged and the glass was cracked on all of them. Everything was filthy. They probably went through a dust storm and nothing in the truck was covered or protected in any way. They left big boxes with us that belonged to someone else. The owner's name is Arik Skulnik. This family is obviously in business just to steal from others and laughing while they do it.

Wish I could give this negative stars. They are totally fraudulent. STAY AWAY from this company! Don't make the same mistake I did. I have 70 emails and many phone calls with Anthony Ayala. I had an estimate at $1,989 to move items from Phoenix to Idaho. I documented all emails and phone calls with him where we discussed dimensions and everything. Then Maria Reyes calls me the day of the move when I had a window of between 12 and 3 saying the truck broke down and they will be late. This is right out of the fraudulent playbook, they get you late in the evening where its hard to find another company. The foreman arrives and says he wont do the job unless I give him $2,700. I said take everything on the estimate and nothing more. He said boxes were extra large and I said I have the dimensions of the boxes emails and confirmed with the sales director. He then disappears for an hour and is on the phone with the owner. Meanwhile its getting late into the night and I need to be out of my place soon. The owner named Arik Skolnik an Israeli gets on the phone and is a total fraudulent slime ball, the worst of the worst. He was unapologetic about the 4 hour delay in them arriving and all he could say when I asked why he couldn't honor the estimate was that there are thousands of sofas. I said I discussed this all with sales director including dimensions to avoid all these problems. All he could say was "I am not the sales director, I am the owner of the company. We are walking away from this job unless you pay me $2,450, I am tired and my men are tired" Arik Skolnik treated me in a disgusting way. He is the quintessential example of a nasty, slimy fraudster. I hope he goes out of business for cheating me and so many others who wrote these reviews. This company also goes by 1st choice moving and storage. Avoid at all costs! Heed others advice. They should suffer for the way they treat their customers. Also, they broke a very expensive piece of furniture, I am filing a claim against them for that and will report back after but based on what I read and dealing with them so far I doubt I'll get much back. DON"T REPEAT MY MISTAKE! AVOID USA MOVING AND STORAGE OR FIRST CHOICE MOVING AND STORAGE. THEY ARE THE FIRST CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO BE CONNED, RIPPED OFF AND HAVE YOUR GOODS BROKEN.

I had been calling around to several different moving companies for a few months and this company provided the most reasonable quote for my small 5x10 storage full of boxes, bins, a small file cabinet, a twin mattress and queen mattress and box spring. The cost was around $900 that I was quoted initially. So, I booked the move for about a month out, paid about $100 to book and informed the company that I was already in Missouri, items were still in Phoenix in storage but I had someone to meet them there. Spoke with Lisa initially, about a week before the move (or what I thought would be the move date) they stated that they did not guarantee that I would get items picked up on that exact day and it could be anywhere in 7-10 business days around that time. I spoke with Lisa and a guy who provided me with a date for pickup but still not drop off date, just advised that it would be anywhere between 7-10 business days after pick up before I received my items. I was upset and the guy informed me that I could go elsewhere where they would lie and try to cheat me. Fast forward to the day of pickup, my friend arrives at the storage unit as scheduled and they increased the price to $1500, stating that I needed specific types of boxes and there were more items than they anticipated. Granted, there was no other furniture besides the mattresses and box spring that I mentioned. He said that he was there at the storage had all of my items out and if I wanted to cancel I could, but they would not put them back in storage. I was clearly upset considering I was 1500 miles away and the individual I had to come meet them could not move any boxes. So, after 30 minutes on the phone I told them just to bring my items, but they still did not have an estimated drop off date. After calling over and over my stuff finally arrived 4 days later. Thank goodness! But..all 3 file cabinet doors were broken unable to be fixed, two small lamps were broken, bent storage bin tops like they had been opened and the individuals that were bringing it in told me to call Lisa. Well I did about 3 times to no avail. I would never use their service again, and wish I had used another company. Very costly mistake! Oh yeah and they charged an additional $50 because I have one flight of stairs. I love on the 2nd floor of my apartment. There are no halls to do down or anything.

After finalizing the quote,on the moving date the driver came and saw the items and was very rude and started matching the final estimate(Like sofa love seat size is more than usual,Box size is more than expected..) and finally ended up increasing the finalized quote by $300. 6/3/2017 was the moving date and after many followups finally I got my items delivered on 6/24 late evening..with lot of damages like furniture was partly broken and I may be using them for next 6 months max as they were half broken and lot few items..like TV table..tv power cord ..broken table which can't be used.. I was trying to claim the lost items if they can find them as they were original..the management Shawn(Rashawn Willams)..extension 211..is just saying my job is to only talk about estimates not the other things and he hangs up the phone.. not even suggesting whom to speak to ..after calling for 11 times I reached Maria..she told though I made note of these items ..I will send you forms to fill out mention these things there in the form.. Very Rude experience all over starting from the day we started talking to these people. I lost the items durability and some items were completely in not usable state.. They didn't even tell me to go for insurance..when spoke to Shawn(Rashawn williams) about insurance ..his answer was ..no need to worry we have good history and we deliver in less than a week no need for any other insurance.. Finally very bad experience with USA Moving and Storage Phoenix.I strongly recommend not to go with these people for moving.
