My wife and I used them to move from VA to CA and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Everything started off fine in the scheduling of pickup and when they picked up everything it was a nice process. They have us the paperwork of the quote saying it was the pickup receipt. This is where everything went bad real quick. The delivery time was scheduled around 4-6pm at our apartment but they didn't arrive until 10pm that night. The moving guys stated that I only pre-paid for two flights of stairs and that they needed cash up front to move our stuff because I somehow missed THREE flights of stairs according to them. These scam artists had their own definition of what a flight of stairs were. Here is where it gets even shadier, they refused to give me a receipt for the cash payment and stated that the paperwork the first movers gave to us in VA was also the drop off paperwork… which does not make any sense and they continued to refuse me documentation. They finally move everything in and the next day we come to realize that they gave us someone else's box of things and lost one of ours. They also went through our stuff as nearly a $1000 dollars worth of airsoft gear was stolen. Turns out that they have no official tracker of which movers handled our stuff as it was all loved between three different trucks with different moving guys. I called to make a formal complaint and the receptionist said that she will send a truck out to pick up the stranger's box but that truck never came. The company then began to ignore my calls and refused to email me copies of the paperwork. I was working with a lawyer who said we needed this paperwork to make a claim and this moving company knows that as they are beyond shady. Plus you can not even file a complaint with the third party website as you need all the paperwork to make a claim.

I would not use this company again if it was free.. This company was assigned to us from a moving company broker called Dependable Moving to assist with a move from the East Coast to the West Coast. This is when the problems started, of which I will summarize here: PICKUP -- The manager was on site and was hitting on my wife the entire time. He hugged her multiple times, touched her butt, and offered her a discount if "she went to dinner with him." He will be hearing from our family lawyer. -- The quoted price of the move was as fictional as the managers professionalism. With a decidedly less than thorough explanation, several mysterious fees were added to our price, some of which while in the middle of the boxes being moved. The total cost ended up being $400 more than the quoted price. Of course they showed up after business hours and it was impossible to dispute the new pricing with the office. DELIVERY -- Our television screen was destroyed. As in it looked like a baseball smashed into the screen, which is quite shocking since the Television was packed in the original store packaging box with protective styrofoam and everything along with a label that said "fragile." This is a TV that had been moved across the country several times for undergrad, medical school, and residency without incident. -- Our glass end table came with several chips in the corner. -- Mysteriously, they delivered two bags full of clothing and other items that did not belong to us. We alerted them of this three times now, it's been 3 weeks and they have still not come to retrieve the items. -- One of the delivery men used our bathroom and left fecal matter on the toilet seat. Yes the toilet seat, something that I am not sure I could do even if I tried.

I used a this moving company to move from Richmond, VA to Las Vegas, NV. The company gave us an estimate for our apartment and then ended up charging us three times as much with mysterious fees on the day of the move. The company gave us an estimate on how long the move would take so my boyfriend left Virginia earlier than expected to make sure he was there when the moving company arrived with our items. The company gave us a two week grace period from the time they picked up our items. After not hearing from them my boyfriend called the day before the two week deadline and they said they could not meet the two week dead line. They said they would be able to ship it within another week which is not what we were promised. When the items finally arrived after the deadline that was given, the movers that took our items off of the truck did not take care to carefully move to everything. The boxes that said fragile were ignored because they did not understand what fragile meant, meaning they did not English writing. Because of this. have an entire box filled with numerous broken dishes. Our T.V. was taken apart ( we did not consent to this) and now has screws that are missing. My dresser is missing an entire side because it was broken completely off by the moving company. There are numerous items that are missing entirely that we can't get back because the moving company does not know where they are. We have two desks, one that is broken to pieces and can no longer be used and one that was broken and unscrewed and not put back together.

WORST KIND OF PEOPLE EVER! Used them to move across country. Thought it was to good to be true based on price. CAUSE IT WAS!! The pick up was handle by a "manager" and went smooth except the fact he kept hitting on my wife the whole time. Then had to call their HQ to change the address and add stairs to the bill. That wasn't to bad except their form of paper trail are written in chicken scratch that even the employees can't understand. DAY OF DELIVERY they told us a time between 4pm-6pm, they didn't show up to 8pm. Then the driver tries to argue that the money I already paid for 3 flights of stairs was some random other fee and wouldn't move our stuff till I paid over! Once that was taken care of they started moving our boxes. Come to find out they broke my wife antique desk and threw out the pieces without permission. Once all the boxes were moved they wouldn't give me a copy of paperwork saying they delivered telling me that the pick up paperwork is my receipt and we're rushing to leave cause it was so late for them. They immediately took off after I signed. Shortly after we start really going through the boxes come to find out they lost 2 large boxes and gave us some random person box. Also that they stole over a 1000 dollars worth of Airsoft equipment. I called the driver back up trying to get answer but he barely spoke English and kept saying dispatch is the person to talk to but they are closed when they dropped the boxes off.. I wait till moving to call and reach them. Took three days of calling at least 4 times a day to finally reach dispatch. He goes and tells me I have to wait for the paper work to get back for him to investigate anything. Also tried to get a copy of the receipt and be refunded for the overcharge and the secretary said she would email it. Was supposed to have some one come back out and pick up the strangers box from us but 3 months later still in my apartment. Never received the email either cause they are shady and don't want to give back what they stole like children. AND this can't be the first time they have done this cause I went to get a lawyer BUT the lawyer can't really do anything without the paperwork that the company won't give you. If I could have I would have sued this "family run" scam straight back to the dark ages.
