   Stolen Belongings.

   During the loading and pick up of our belongings the local hires, stole various personal belongings, and so they never made it onto the truck. There were multiple entrances at our house and I assume these local hires simply walked out of thehosue and placed our belongings in their cars.   The empty cases or packaging that these items were in arrived but not the belongings. Odd.   The companies position is is that all boxes were picked up and delivered. They will not compensate us in any way. A. Arnold is not a World Class mover. Employing thieves is not a practice I would engage in.   Beware of this company.          .

   The Worst Moving Company in The Country.

   THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY. STAY AWAY. I have over $2000 in damages with this company when I moved to Massachusetts in August 2016. I settled with them on near $1,900 claim refund and still haven't received my check until now. Called them over 10 times and every time I get the same answer that they were bought out and will have to wait on payments. The movers themselves told me that my stuff was packed like sardines when they picked it up and I have video proof. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL COPY AND PASTE THIS TO ALL SOCIAL WEBSITES. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED.

   I have used A Arnold twice. First time 10 yrs ago was great. Moved this year in July. I had a wool rug that was damaged (hole could not be repaired) and the treadmill parts were missing. I moved in July and my claim is still not processed. It has been horrible. I think they want me to give up so they don't have to fix/pay for my items. They picked up my ruined rug on November 1st and I was to be reimbursed. I still have not gotten the check. I have been waiting on months for the parts for the treadmill and they just got them ordered this week. They will not respond to emails. They do not have an process for unhappy customers. The person we spoke to yesterday said she didn't know anything then later in the conversation she referenced my claim and the emails. I will never use them again. I am calling the better business people.
