   If I could give zero stars, I would. I got three estimates—A-Plus and two reputable movers (Colonial and Allied). Colonial and Allied did in-person walk-throughs; A-Plus just promised to beat their price. Will Reid quoted me $12,762 vs. Allied’s $19,498, assuring me the estimate would hold. It didn’t. On moving day, the manager showed up late, claimed I had nearly three times more items, and refused to move anything unless I signed a new contract for almost $20,000. The driver also brought his young child without permission and let him swim unsupervised in my pool—my own child had to pull him out when he went underwater. A-Plus denied knowing, though the driver admitted he told them. They also broke a storage promise ($400/month with one free month) and charged $1,200. My delivery, originally set for 7/17/24, was rescheduled four times and finally arrived 7/26, costing me $900 more. Rita will suggest I file a claim with CSI. I did, seeking reimbursement for damages and overcharges totaling $7,000+. Their response? $68. As for Will Reid, once you pay the deposit, you’ll never hear from him again. This company is dishonest, unsafe, and has resulted in thousands of additional expenses. Avoid A-Plus at all costs.
