   Great Moving Company.

   This was the third time that I have used Absolute Moving Systems. The first two were relatively small moves post Sandy to clear out my first floor into a storage unit and then back. The third time was to move out of current home to a new home, The 6 man team led by Alex were fantastic. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture and then executed our move in less time than anticipated. They were very polite and very appreciative of the sandwiches and water that I provided. They went above and beyond. In addition, both Alex and I forgot about the discount that I was quoted for being a return customer. When I notified the office, they quickly sent me a check. Do not hesitate to use this moving company for your next move.

   I used Absolute movers for the second time. My first move went flawlessly. Alex and his crew arrived on time, they were nice, took great care of my furniture. I couldn't be any happier. Second move - no issues. I'll definitely use them again.

   Fraudulent, gaslighting, shameful practices

   Office did not tell me that flat rate was cash only and then kept trying to gaslight me saying I misunderstood or miscommunicated. They said that their credit card machine was down and that I have to pay a $90 fee (so much for no hidden charges) because I wasn’t paying cash. The office insisted that it was my fault and that they had told me, but they did not. I shouldn’t have to pay $90 because their cash only policy for flat rate moving isn’t stated clearly. Quote from the driver: “I’m frustrated too, because this isn’t the first time this has happened..” Office held up delivery process until I paid via PayPal; I had no choice even though I had signed the estimate before we left the original location. They told me that I was accruing time by delaying the move and would incur further charges. Fraudulent. Shameful.
