Definitely Recommended!
I used ACE movers for a long distance move from Washington DC to New York City. Although they specialize in local DC moves, the company agreed to move me for a fixed price. They did it over two days - arrived perfectly on time for pickup in the afternoon and dropped everything off early in New York the next morning. The movers worked VERY hard. They were careful with all my furniture and items and ensured everything was wrapped and secured. They were extremely professional. Even the customer service employees were professional. I have no complaints - I would absolutely recommend Ace Movers for any move!!

Worst removalist company
The worst movers you will ever find. First, these guys arrived 2 hours late from the said time frame given. Then of course they weren’t able to finish the job and had to come back on a Monday, lo and behold, the time came and these guys didn’t show up! Yes thats how badly they do business! Stay away! Save yourself agony!

Never followed up.
Sonny (the owner as I was told) came out to give us an estimate on our move. He was very friendly and seemed professional but it ended there. He never called back or replied to my attempts to contact him on numerous occasions. Debbie (his assistant, I believe) was extremely sweet and cordial insisted that she also gave my messages to Sonny and didn't know why he wasn't calling me back. After foolishly waiting 2 wks, I gave up on him ever getting back to me with an estimate. Ughhh, what a waste of time and complete unprofessionalism. I believe he was intimidated by our steep driveway but man up dude and call back so people can continue with their plans to move.
