   Use for a stressfree, professional, successful move!

   From start to finish, the move went as planed and smooth as silk.  The movers arrived on time, assessed the load and capacity and used the utmost care and diligence with my worldly goods.  They were careful and took the time needed to do the job well, while also moving it along so it was done quickly.  They provided information all of the way through, keeping me informed of progress and any concerns they had for me to address.  They were BRILLIANT at packing everything in the truck.  I don't think there was a square foot that wasn't used, and used effectively.  They used blankets and carefully packaged my China cabinet and other fragile pieces of furniture making sure that there was no possible way the glass could crack or anything could break.  The mover even used cushions in the storage facility to protect the cabinet and stacked the boxes exactly the way I specified, providing me with the access I will need in the upcoming months to the boxes and other household goods I will need to have access to. The mover was polite and friendly.  He arrived on time and delivered awesome service, transporting my precious goods safely without any damage at all.  I would use Alberta Moving Lines again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services for a stress free, professional and highly successful move!

   Very Pleased.

   My brother recommended the company to me, as he had used them, he sang their praises and they lived up to it. I was offered their seniors discount whih I really appreciated. The sales rep was James, a funny,  and to the point communicator. He promised that my white carpets would be covered with floor runners and woolen blankets, and they were. I had not fimsihed packing when they arrived, the guys were patient and helped out with the labelling. my bed was dismantled and wrapped, and assembled at my new house. A free service may I add. I decided to write a review in defence of the bigotted idiot couple who posted the negative comments. Thank God for karma. i dealt with James and never once felt like a customer, but a fellow human being that needed help. I have since recommended the company to my HR department and my sister who will soon move to BC.  if you want a personalised, honest service use Alberta Moving Lines.

   Excellent movers.

   This company was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. The movers arrived on time and they were very courteous and professional. I received all my items intact and I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend Alberta Moving Lines any time and should the need arise for me to move in the future I would definitely utilize their services. .

   Definitely Recommend this company.

   I was very happy with the service. They took their time to wrap all my valuables and wooden furniture, even dismantled and assembled our beds. Impressed with the use of floor ruuners I had a good feeling I was in professional hands when an english accent greeted me on the phone, explaining the services, detailing their cargo insurance policy, even advising me on how to pack items in boxes, then finally price matching a previous qoute Id been given. I was also offered free storage which I didn't need. I rather took the 10% seniors discount. I was also impressed to know that the company worked with charities such as the Salavation Army,for I sm also a seasonal volunteer. A company I would use again and recommend.

   Worst Experience of my Life.

   Alberta Moving Lines (which operates under Casabella Movers and International Moving Lines) put me through the worst time of my life.  They did not live up to any of the statements on their website. They were not professional or had their own moving crews, they subcontract all the work out.  The moving crew arrived late in both locations, look longer then they said they would. We paid extra for motorbike transport and didn't come with any equipment for it and then WE had to load the bike ourselves. They didn't know how to properly secure the load, thank goodness we knew how to do it. When they arrived to unload the truck driver got one of my neighbours to move just about everything and only paid him 13 bucks of the 15 that was promised.  I could have paid for a uhaul and gotten better service.  They do not know anything about customer service and have verbally insulted me very heavily.
