   Best Move we have ever had!!

   Amazing experience with All out moving! Clint and DJ were professional and very nice! They carefully wrapped my furniture and completed the move efficiently and quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for movers.

   contract and insurance sham for damages!

   AVOID! For a company that prides themselves on their million dollar insurance policy, they ghost you when it comes time to make a claim for things that were damaged. I used them because of their reviews and star rating. My experience started out great, office manager and movers were polite, and i got a fantastic quote. However the day of the move I was told the guys did a move the night before and it may have to be a 2 day job. I said that was fine as long as certain things were prioritized upstairs. When they arrived it was decided to try to just get it all done at once so they don't have to come back. I told them majority could be put in the garage but their were things that had to go to certain areas. with 6 guys running back and fourth, things got crazy and my garage ended up being packed full. When it came time to pay that evening the quote was over $1,000 more then we expected. When it came time to tip, you are only allowed to tip set percentages. We had my daughters desk broken and a collectors edition bus was dropped and scratched during the course of the move. I sent pictures and placed the retail value for both pieces and got nothing. I emailed and called and still didn't get a response until i opened a case with the BBB. Then the owner magically appeared and said he would make things right. He said his email was broken and wanted me to re-send new pictures and fill out a form which i did that weekend, 3 TIMES! I spent the following week leaving messages, calling, emailing and nothing. The company has ghosted us and is now in breach of a contract agreement. This whole company is a shady sham. Even after I had told him about my damaged items he told me his company now has to take 30% of those damages from the movers. That they used to cover everything 100% but not its deducted from their pay. So not only do they not take care of their customers, they also don't take care of their employees. It made it seem like he was trying to guilt me out of placing a claim. I'm not just going to pass on my personal property getting damaged because you don't do right by your employees and cover them at 100%. How is that fair to your customers? Pretty sad service for someone that prides themselves of being veteran owned. Will not use again!
