Very Disappointed.
ALL POINTS MOVING AND STORAGE was supposed to provide moving services on Dec 26 between 9 am and 10 am. They never showed up and when I called them at 11 am, they said they made a mistake and were providing services for a different customer, but will arrive no later than noon. Later on their truck driver called at 12 pm to say they will arrive in 45 minutes so I called and cancelled. They then promised to put back a $50 credit in my account which I have not seen yet so I filed a credit card dispute.
