   Liars and Theives.

   They showed up 6 hours late with out calling to alert me of their delay and never answered their phones to give me an eta. I couldn't leave a voice mail because the box was full. once they finally showed up they " forgot" the forms to mark all my items but said they would do it that night once they got back to the warehouse and send me a copy in the morning. They called me to tell me that my price had doubled because the price they quoted me was less than what my items weighed, but that was the only time I received a call from them. I was promised a one week delivery guarantee! Even with daily calls, a police report, and many sleepless nights some of my items arrived 4 weeks later. They unloaded my items and then tried unloading other peoples items. I had to have them reload several items that did not belong to me. I lost a lot of high dollar items including my computer and dyson vacuum along with several boxes including several kids toys. I lost 8,000 dollars worth of items minimum and when I filed a report with their insurance company the insurance company denied me any payout since I had no list of items.. This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM!!

   This Company does not Deliver.

   I moved from Los Angeles to an out-of-state location about two weeks ago.  My possessions from Ally were supposed to arrive 6 days later.   It has now been over 2 weeks and I have received no word about my delivery.  I've had to spend money buying a number of things that should have already been delivered.  I plan to sue this company for the extra expenses incurred. .

   1st of all apologies for inconvenience and we'll make changes to avoid this kind of miss-communication in the future. Ira, we reviewed your contract and original estimate and we can assure you that Ally Relocation didn't guarantee 6 day delivery. And also, our usual delivery window for TN is 7-8 days. Also we would like to make correction in your comment that you received your shipment and also you provided personal check of $200 as part of delivery balance, and the rest was cash. The check was canceled without giving us a notice or without solid reason for cancellation, so converted amount of $200 to discount adjustment instead of taking this issue to collection agency. thank you.

   First off this company has nothingbut tweeakers n heroin addic erick is a thieve its been thtee months n I haven't recieve my stuff I csugh erivk smoking out of a glass pipe in his truck try to cheat me on the weihht n cubic feet don't make the same midtake I did n going with thede druggies.

   This is not real comment, Ally Relocation, inc never provided services. There are no names or contact info to confirm the comment. Also the spelling gives the clear answer that person who wrote this is uneducated and wrote it to harm the business.
