   Worst of the worst.

   Do not even consider this company. Becken's will promise you the world to get your "nonrefundable deposit." They also don't tell you they are a "Broker company" who subs-contracts to other companies in your location who are the cheapest, most non professionals you could meet.(most don't speak English or are from the Middle East). Several of these "sub-companies" handled our furniture. It was moved and stored somewhere until there was enough combined furniture from other movers to warrant shipping it to our location. Almost all of our furniture consisting of wood construction was scratched and gouged, some beyond repair. We had table legs torn off and mattresses stained with grease and grime beyond use. We were also pressured to sign off on the contract before they would unload anything in which they did not inventory anything. We are still missing furniture and several packing boxes which the driver "knows nothing.." "Becken's" has yet to acknowledge or reply to our requests for compensation or recognition of these damages and/or losses.  "Don't take a chance with this company!".
