   Very professional.

   A big thank you to Beemoved they were polite and very professional on my move and took care of my flat contents. They did exactly what they said they would from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough. I moved from Worthing to Polegate and wouldn't use any other firm when I next move. From the time that the guys turned up in the morning till the moment they finished at my new place they were polite, careful and always had a smile on there face. .

   House move.

   We just wanted to say a sincere 'thank you' for the excellent service provided during our recent move. All of the staff on both the packing and move dates were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, and the move went very smoothly. Competitively priced as well. We will certainly recommend BeeMove to anyone who asks for our advice.

   BeeMoved.

   BeeMoved moved us twice in sixth months - once from a four-storey Lewes house to a temporary flat in Lewes and then again to a three-storey just outside the town. In the meantime they kept some of our furniture in store. We chose them because their quote was very reasonable, and about half the most expensive of the four we tried.  The team was lovely - they were careful, polite but friendly, gave some useful advice, shook hands with us and looked us in the eye! They dealt with twists and turns on the stairs, changes of mind and re-assembling beds calmly and efficiently. Couldn't possibly have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

   Pick up and delivery.

   We were so impressed with these guys. They worked tirelessly with good humour and were very careful of all our possesions. It rained continuously and the outgoing encumbants were very late leaving but Olly and the team just got on with it, didn't moan, a fabulous team. They made the process seamless, taking the stress out of the move. Their prices were reasonable but more importantly we were so pleased with them and would highley recommend them.  .

   Beemoved Removals.

   Beemoved moved me into my 'new' address in Heathfield, Sussex on Saturday 21st December 2013, having had my furniture in storage since early September. The guys who moved  me both out of my 'old' property and into my 'new' house were very courteous and efficient. On the final Saturday when the weather was particularly foul and rainy they were very clean as well putting down plenty of sheets etc. Moving plus storage fees were very reasonable.

   TOP company.

   I was recommended Beemoved by 2 friends and after getting 3 quotes in I felt most comfortable that my goods would be looked after by Beemoved. Price wise they were not the cheapest but I must say that the stressfree removal and professionalism of the staff made it worth every penny. The guys good humour and commitment to making sure my whole family was happy was such a breath of fresh air in an industry where I have been left dissapointed before. Thanks guys and well done.

   Removals.

   Overall this was a good choice for a removals company. Although I have noted London in the above stats.. we were in fact moving from one address in Luton to another in the same town. The removals crew were prompt and well turned out, and although they had an unusual keeness for tea and biscuits, they got on with the job and had the vehicle all loaded within about three hours. This was also the first time that I have had a removal completed without muddy footprints on the carpet in the new house! I would use them again.. If you are moving house and you live north of London then it is worth giving them a call!

   BeeMoved - Beware!

   Initial meeting went very well and our quote was middle range - we had 3 quotes in all. All the guys on the van were great but the warning is:- if you have pine furniture do not use BeeMoved Removals! Every single piece of our pine furniture was damaged in one way or another. On the plus side, nothing was broken but probably that was due to the fact we packed everything ourselves, purchasing a load more bubble wrap, tape wrapping paper etc. The settee cover which was used was filthy so I had to have my sofa cleaned after the move.

   Overcharging.

   Despite paying twice for the move,due to a late cancellation(within their terms) we were still charged for overtime on top due to a completion delay. We had accepted the quote which included an insurance for time delay. They stated we had not asked for this, but as it was listed in the costs we assumed it was part of the quote. Given the above we think the least they could have done was waived the overtime charge of £180.00.

    Dishonesty.

    I was recommended this removal company and am sorry to say that I will not be recommending them to anyone else due to their dishonesty. I would urge to not book this company due to their dishonesty in handling claims for damages. They get you to sign a disclaimer that basically clears them of any damage to your property that occurs during the move. They then refuse to honour any claims because you have signed this disclaimer. Do not use this company!
