   Disappearing item

   BEWARE: DO NOT USE THEM. A 800.00 Brand New Jackery Solar Generator “disappeared” while there movers were loading a POD. It was shown to the movers to load in the POD, moments later it was gone, assuming it was in the POD, but it never arrived to the new location. FILED a Claim with them, provided a receipt, they were to investigate. Their investigation was: Asking the movers if they remember seeing it… THAT WAS THE INVESTIGATION. REALLY? Please hire a better company, but always observe the loaders, from beginning to end, or you may be missing items as well.

    Do not use this company

    DO NOT use this company! I used them about a week ago. They damaged a $3300 dollar tv and said I get .60 cebts per pound which comes out to $36. I already paid $3900 for the move. They had me turn on the tv and inspected it before the move so they know it was them. They take little to no responsibility for any damage! Trust me there are better movers out there.
