   DAMAGED PROPERTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

   1. I was told one thing on the phone, however when movers came, they said the opposite, for example the movers wanted to charge additional for stairs inside the property, wanted to charge to wrap items or use their packing materials and payment if credit card was given would be an additional fee---this is not what was told when booking move; also reached out to customer service, who said they would handle it on their end, however when mentioned credit card payment, she stated that she doesn't understand why schedulers tell customers the wrong thing, knowing there is a fee. 2. Was told they would show me where my furniture ended on the truck and if it was less space required, money would be returned---this did not happen. 3. Multiple items were damaged, including the paint on door. 4. They left trash, advised that it was our trash now and they couldn't take it with them. 5. One of the movers (Antonio) used the bathroom without asking in an upstairs area that he was not authorized to be in and then when it was brought to his attention, the other mover (Adrian) told him not to worry about it because he had let Adrian know that he needed to go---I again reiterated to Antonio to always ask before going into any customers bathroom--(of course I would have let him use a different bathroom if he would have only asked). 6. WOULD NOT reccommend this company (BEST US MOVING) for moving services, not reliable, nor professional and DO NOT stick by what is stated on the phone.
