   Home removal.

   The removal men were punctual, efficient, friendly and did everything they could to make the move as stress-free as possible. The removal itself was incident free and fast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BHExpress Removals.

   Helpful, Resourceful and Professional.

   Kirk and his team are professional, accommodating and hard workers. Having been let down by a previous removal company, Kirk stepped up and helped our house move with only a few days notice. Exceptionally resourceful and managed the job well. I can't praise these guys enough. Will wholeheartedly recommend to others and would definitely use again.

   Efficient but inconsistent

   Friendly and efficient. A bit inconsistent in level of care - some furniture was moved very carefully but they also managed to chip an expensive shelving unit right on the front and one mattress was very dirty after they didn't use the promised mattress-cover. Also because of covid they would only confirm the booking the week before the move, which is quite stressful not knowing if you have a removal company or not!

   Avoid!!

   Made our move twice as stressfull! Under estimated, in terms of amount of belongings that needed to be moved ( house visit was conducted). Left so much of our belongings in our old house saying it wouldn’t fit in the lorry!! More worried about finishing early to avoid road traffic so they could get home. We were left to do 8 car runs to and from the old house to bring remaining belongings. Stress you don’t need when moving house. Blaming other employees (packer) for not doing a full job passing that problem/stress on to us!! Alarm bells were ringing when bhexpress threatened not to turn up until they had been payed in advance!! I would never use again and would never recommend!! I have pictures of all items left if bhexpress wish to challenge me on my review.

   Good Morning Mr Robinson We have already replied to you on your private email.... Firstly the choice to pay up front was your choice, you were offered to pay cash on the day or a transfer, you chose transfer, transfers are paid before the move, the reason for this is because most people haven't got internet when they move and we have problems getting bank transfers on the day. Its a standard payment method in the trade. Secondly you were sent our  Covid restrictions email a week before the move explaining our Covid practises for the move.It clearly states no packing is to take place on the day of the move, to keep us all safe, what is not packed will not be moved. This wasn't adhered to which caused a stressful day to all concerned, if it had all been packed on arrival there wouldn't have been a problem.
