   Big O Movers.

   Big O movers moved me a day later that I was suppose to move because someone dropped the ball on my original date Sunday September 6, 2020. I was quoted 120 an hour and when they got there it was 150 an hour, I couldn’t dispute it because I was already a day behind schedule. My night stand and dining room chair was damaged. My Apple Watch was stolen from a backpack I forgot to take to my car and my diamond earrings I forgot to put on were taken. This entire experience was a nightmare!

   Bad customer service.

   Big o moved me on June 15,2012 the crew was so inexperienced, my entertainment unit was damaged. so Big o took the damage Door with them to be repaired. well its 45days later and I still do not have a repaired entertainment center, every time I call too speak with Terrell who they said is a manager or Mr, and Mrs Reams who they say is the owners no one  is available. so I would not recommend this company to anyone. they will answer the phone too get your sell but let them damage something then everyone is so busy. bad customer service.I am completely responsible for my comments. my next step is the Consumer Service Div. The BBB.
