   I was lucky that this company helped me .I really was about to drive my car my self after another company was supposed to pick up and ship my vehicle but last day they had a brake down and would not be able to pick up and I called BKK TRANSPORT and they had a driver available same day .I will use them again in the future.

   Good Company.

   On time pick up & Delivery . Driver gave me notice as I requested a day before and then called me again 1 hour before pick up and delivery They quoted me the lowest correct shipping price possible on the market.My car was loaded on top for $ 50 extra but was refunded and I saved $ 50 because this trailer had a empty spot for my car on top of trailer for no extra charge .Price was reasonable .No delays. Very happy with all.Driver and dispatcher were very proffesional.They did what they said. Vey honest and polite customer service.

   Awesome experience.Affordable price with great service! Car arrived on time with no issues. Great comunication from pickup to delivery. I needed a days notice of delivery and BKKTRANSPORT came thru. Will not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for delivery of my classic 1977 Trans Am. John from Toronto.

   Miserable service !!

   First off bkk transport may be cheaper cost effective ,but they are very unprofessional and you'll regret if you use them for your car transportation services. The first sign that they were fishy was the guy who was the "truck driver" would text me and tell me he needs to get his truck fixed because his air conditioner is broke and he said he does not know when he will be to my house to pick my car up after constant calls and texts he texts me saying he don't know what time the air will be fixed and he started giving attitude about not knowing when he will get it fixed then he said he don't know what's wrong it may not be the air conditioning and hours later he still was not at my house to get my car and due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism I missed a whole day of work because the "trucker" was busy getting his truck fixed which shouldn't be taking out on the customer. That should of been famine care of and I was every patient with him and he had the nerve to give me attitude. Finally he came and picked up my car and few days later he was in the area of where my car needed to be dropped off and he called me saying he don't know where he needs to be and I said don't you have GPS and I gave him the address and directions repeatedly and he was acting like he did not understand English because he kept repeating his self and asking the same questions over and over finally me and my girl friend out of kindness walk down the block and decide to walk few miles to find him because he worried us due to the fact he was making it seem like if we can't help him with directions we don't get the car and after all the previous problems with Bkk we just wanted to get this miserable experience OVER WITH ASAP! Then I find out the "truck driver" tells us he's parked somewhere way different from where he said he was so we walked for no reason then after walking he says he's in my car driving and looking for us and he never told us he was in my car he said he was in the truck and told us to come to him so we did to be helpful since he's English was bad. Lastly there was a holding deposit fee that was taken out my bank account and it never posted so my bank my account in negative so I called BKK TRANSPORT AND The guy who answered told me it's the banks fault and I called my bank and my bank said its there fault because it was pending but never posted so BKK DOES NOT ONLY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM WHO CANT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH BUT THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE CROOKS MONEY WISE.
