   So happy!

   I recently moved from NJ to FL. I spoke with Emily from black moon movers. She was very professional and explained everything in detail how my move was going to go. When my movers showed up they were very nice and professional as well. My move went very smooth thanks to Jose. Emily explained that it would take 3-5 business days to deliver. It got here a little late due to the holidays, but I'm very pleased! I would recommend this company anytime!

   Don't trust them.

   I had a horrible experience. At the time of the quote they seemed friendly and they gave big expectations of the service. Everything went down at the time of pickup. After loading the truck the cubic feet were apparently twice as much. Jose, who gave the initial quote and did the pickup, said to speak to Emily regarding discounts and such, that they would give me a good deal. That the company would work it out, because I was the customer. When I spoke to Emily she told me Jose was the one that gave the prices. They had me going back and forth for an entire week. So a quote for $1195, went up to almost $2500. Yes, I had some extra stuff that I packed and I knew it would go up a little, however, it wasn't nearly twice as much. I had 5-7 extra medium boxes, a desk chair, and the baby's stroller. But they would wrap everything they could separately, to take more room of course. I forced them to give me a lower quote because I felt they were being unfair, lying, and taking advantage. At the time of delivery, they wanted to charge me an extra $600 to deliver the stuff because they couldn't go in the residential area. Take it they parked 1 block away from the house with their big 18-wheeler. They almost wanted to force me to have them bring the shuttle, but I refused. Luckily I had friend with truck so we loaded the trucks and carried the stuff to the house.
