   No contract put items in storage

   This is the moving company from hell! Rude unprofessional late for pick up and delivery took 3 days to move price went up over $3,000 to move out if a third floor apartment. Handled items carelessly broke glass display case shelves put a huge dent in washer scratched chair cocktail table dinette even broke one of the chairs failed to deliver all items as per verbal agreement no contract was ever signed drew up a bogus contract two weeks later and said if I pay him $2,000 he would move my items anywhere in the US for free. That's no free! Requested more money than the original quote. Never came out to do an estimate or weight value of the items mover had no equipment tools contract or common sense. Never finished the move had to hire a second company and pay him almost a thousand. Keep adding money to the move claims he only goes by the hour but quoted both hourly and mileage. Tried to talk to the owner but he yelled and told me don't call no more I don't want or need you business. He has all my furniture and personal items in boxes and tubs and will not even try to negotiate a settlement. The police are jackasses they are the reason they drove the truck away without a contract. They listed it as a domestic complaint with my personal information all over a document that goes to an insurance company no other information just what I said happened. My insurance company can't use that they don't need my information they need the owners but he's not talking.
