   Transport.

   I paid for a car we purchased to be transported from California to Michigan. After a week it still wasn't scheduled for pick up. They didn't call with updates or anything. We decided to cancel and went through someone else. She had it picked up the very next day. We paid Car Go with 2 credit cards & got a partial refund.. still waiting for the other credit. Glad we didn't keep waiting. Now we are just waiting for our refund of $940 & we have to pay the other transport place. Definitely do NOT go through Car Go Auto. Make sure you look at all reviews before you decide who to go through.

   Worst Auto Transport Co.

   Please don't use this company. I transferred my vehicle from FL to NC in March 2015 and had worst experience with the company. They damaged my car and on top of it delivered it late late dark cold night to me in NC so I was not able to inspect the vehicle and next day I found there was Big Dent on roof on my Car. My car is new Hyundai sonata 2013. I called them next day morning and they refused to file claim as I had signed BOL document. I find this really frustrating and annoying. I had to bear huge loss and this company cheated my so my advise to all please don't use this carrier even they have good ratings in BBB and that was the reason I had selected them for my move. I feel cheated and distresses with my loss.
