   Big mistake using this company

   This company low balled my estimate by $2400. By the time they arrived I was kinda stuck in a situation where I had to use them. The pick up crew forced me to tip them an extra $300 to finish loading my stuff or threatened to charge me an extra $1000. The delivery took about a month and no updates were given. The delivery crew changed drop off time at least 6 times and threatened me with late fees if I couldn’t accommodate. Then they would change the time again. I thought they may have been purposely doing so to charge me extra. Then they forced me to pay an extra $700 for a shuttle service because they refused to park on the street in front of my apartment. Then they hired random kids off the street to unload the truck. They damaged some of my stuff and lost some of my stuff. The website they use to file claims doesn’t work. I wish I hadn’t used this company they are terrible.

   Worst Experience Ever!

   When we spoke over the phone to a representative for details about our move and items in our inventory, I had asked them multiple times if the quote of 800 cubic feet was enough, and after describing the items my wife and I had for our cross country move to the rep Alex, She stated from Ohio to Washington the absolutely wouldn’t be much more or less in regards to cubic footage. Once we have the movers stop by they stated with everything that was quoted we were way over the amount of storage for the truck. To make it worse as we noticed the movers loading everything on the truck I saw multiple times the movers dropped boxes, my wife’s bike, etc. The movers told me with everything included in the visual inspection of our inventory items. He said it would be an extra $2300 but was willing to drop it to 900 if we gave the movers a $400 tip. This was outrageous and simply unprofessional in every way. We ended up trying to contact the management and we’re not able to reach anyone but sent straight to voicemail. Not to mention we currently have no idea where or when our things will get here! Unacceptable and awful customer service this company is a mockery and a scam! DO NOT ORDER SERVICE FROM THEM EVER!!! I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with anyone ever until this company. Absolutely rude , unreliable, and unprofessional.
