   Excellent Moving Company.

   Arranging and reserving the moving appointment by using the website was great and very user friendly. Jason and Jamison were very courteous, polite and very professional. They worked diligently on the moving task and worked very quickly. The movers made sure I was happy with the move and placement of items as well as hooking up my laundry washer and dryer. They gave excellent advise on placement of some of my items when I wasn't sure about how they should go and would reconfigure the furniture arrangements if I wasn't happy with it. They were willing to help and were nice about these changes. Excellent movers and nothing was damaged. I will definately be calling on them again in the future. Thanks CSM inc.

   Great moving company.

   This was the second time that I used Changing Spaces. Each time was great and I highly recommend this company for their low prices, no added fees and quality of work. This past move they even sent an extra mover for free! I've used other moving companies in the past and have either felt uneasy around the movers or paid way too much. This is a great company that will do a great job.

   Best move ever, with the best company.

   Scott and Kim, and our moving crews were so excellent it is hard to put into words. They were so professional. Our move was particularly tricky with a move out a week before the move into the new house. They worked with us and made this a great move. The moving crews handled our very heavy furniture as if they were pieces of paper.  I cannot say this about other local companies I have dealt with. I not only recommend them, but if ever needed will use them again and again.  .

   Top Notch Moving Service.

   This moving company is the only moving company I will use for ANY of my future moves. The movers were very polite and professional. They made me feel secure that my things were being handled with care and once we arrived to our destination, they moved my things in quickly and properly and put my bed and dining room table together. Superb service. .

   Changing Spaces.

   This company was recommended to me by my daughter, who has used their services twice. Dealing with Changing Spaces was the best moving company with which I have dealt. The employees are very prompt, efficient, neat, polite, and honest.  The are very careful with furniture and breakable items. Our move was very sudden, which made it difficult for all of us, but the packers and movers took everything in stride and performed at a very high level.  I am very grateful for their hard work, efficiency, and patience.    .

   Changing Spaces Movers.

   I would recommend Changing Spaces Moving Co. and especially the group out of Madison,AL headed by Jason McCombs. They were prompt and worked steadily during both pick up and delivery! Nothing was damaged and I appreciated the extra care that they took with my furniture. This company is headquartered in Birmingham, AL so please give them a call. I found the cost they charged to be reasonable! All were very professional!

   Great Company.

   Absolutely the best moving company I have experienced. Great, reliable company.  Scott arrived on time for the initial quote. He was very efficient and took time to answer all our questions. The load crew arrived on time. Unloading was quick and started right on time. The quote was based upon work time and the guys moved quickly, thereby reducing our total cost. The trucks were clean and the crew neat and personable. It was a pleasure working with these folks.

   Incredible moving experience.

   Changing Spaces and Scott moved my daughter from Birmingham to Miami Beach. We had previously moved her three times around the country and each experience was worse than the last. So of course we were skeptical. Well, I was amazed at not only the level of service and professionalism we received, but the pricing and speed at which every detail of our move was handled.  Everything was on time as promised. The load in at Birmingham was fairly straight forward, and was handled so expeditiously and professionally we were left speechless.   Scott's crew easily and quickly took apart the few pieces of furniture that needed disassembly. They kept track of all the nuts, bolts and fasteners. When they had to flip our extremely heavy table to take the legs off, they even put padding down so as not to scratch the table.  They wrapped all of our mirrors and large pictures.  We were floored.  Now step two: the timely delivery.   We were worried, but hopeful that our experience would continue. IT DID!!  Scott and his staff kept us updated on the timing of the delivery. It was to be five days later in Miami Beach, at 9:00 and was into a condo with lots of rules. They were right on time and dealt with all the difficulties that the condo presented. Scott and his staff maintained such a high level of professionalism we couldn't believe it. Even after the condo kept making them move the truck further and further from the door. Scott and staff never slowed down and never got irritated. They were amazing. And they were able to deal with somewhat of a language barrier with the condo's maintenance staff. With all that was thrown at Scott, it took only 20 minutes longer than they said it would. There were no hidden costs, no attitude, no extra time, no damage and no lost parts. They put everything where we wanted it in the condo. We cannot say enough about Scott and his staff, both on the road and in the Office.   We recommend them without any hesitation for any type of move. .

   Best Moving Service Ever!

   This is a very well managed company.  Coaching during the initial visit to my home and delivery of packing supplies helped ensure I was prepared.  Scott  assured me they would handle my furniture, artwork and fragile items with care and the movers delivered!  All four team member worked hard and were friendly and courteous.  It took three large trucks to move my contents and not a single item was damaged. The crew went out of their way to make sure I was pleased.  Changing Spaces in Inverness is awesome and I would highly recommend them.   .

    Sadly very dissatisfied

    The ladies in the office are amazingly nice and helpful and remained so through our entire experience. They were short movers so we only got 2. They disappeared for 2 1/2 hours for lunch on a 4.5 mile move. They broke our antique table. Suffice it to say, the repairs were unsatisfactory. The table wasn’t even safe to use. It broke in 7 pieces. I could write an essay as to how this was handled but I will just say, proceed with caution. Once the men got involved, my husband and I have never been quite as shocked as we were at the way we were treated. I have NEVER written a bad review. I like to brag on the good experiences but our experience needed to be made public. We now have no table to use going on 3 months. I have been looking for a good, sturdy used one. One guy who said he was the owner first offered 500 to get one if we would not give them bad publicity then rescinded the offer. After talking with my husband , we decided it wasn’t an issue of the money to get a replacement. . I wanted this one to be done right and I don’t want hush money. I hope this review is helpful. I have faith this is not the experience of most. It truly is not a money issue. This table has sentimental value. That’s priceless.
