   I wouldn't hire them again.

   Customer support was friendly and helpful, but the moving crew was extremely slow. They had the proper equipment but still carried one box at a time. My move was only 17 minutes away, and it still took 4 hours. I've had larger moves completed much faster. I wouldn't hire them again.

   Very disappointing.

   The office staff provided excellent service, but the movers did not. They worked at a very slow pace and didn't make good use of their dolly. My furniture and boxes should not have taken 4 hours to move such a short distance. Very disappointing.

   Broken agreements.

   Scheduling and customer service were great, but the actual moving team was inefficient. They seemed to waste a lot of time, and even my family had to step in to help. Despite a short drive, the move took much longer than expected.

   I appreciated the customer service, but the movers lacked urgency. They moved extremely slowly and handled very little at a time. For such a small move and short distance, 4 hours was unacceptable. I won't be using this company again.

   The booking process was smooth, but the moving crew made the experience frustrating. They worked slowly and didn't appear organized. Even with help from my son, the move still took 4 hours. I expected much better.

   Customer support did a great job, but the movers were disappointing. They had the tools to make the job easier but didn't use them efficiently. The move was nearby and should have been completed much faster.

   The representatives were polite and professional, but the movers weren't productive. They spent too much time carrying small loads instead of working efficiently. I've had bigger moves finished in less time. Not recommended.

   The customer service team deserves credit, but the moving crew does not. They moved at a very slow pace, making a simple local move take 4 hours. My family ended up helping just to speed things up. I wouldn't choose them again.

   Terrible Service.

   Communication before the move was excellent, but the movers failed to meet expectations. They worked slowly and seemed in no hurry. A short-distance move with a moderate amount of furniture shouldn't have taken so long.

    Beware Unprofessional Company.

    The office staff was helpful from start to finish, but the moving crew ruined the experience. They worked far too slowly, and the job took much longer than it should have. I've had better experiences with other moving companies and won't be returning.
