    Failure to honor insurance or allow me to make a claim.

    This company is a subsidiary of Wheaton World Wide. They moved me on August 1, 2018, from Fresno to Vallejo, CA. I purchased Full Value Protection insurance.. I have substantial damage to many pieces of furniture. I have sent photos and requested their claim form. I received a reply from the owner on February 21, 2019, informing me that he would speak with the movers, who had pointed out some of the damage to me, and get back to me in two weeks. I have yet to hear from him. I sent a reminder email in late March and had no reply. On April 1, 2019, I filed a complaint with the BBB, which has awarded the company an A+ rating. The owner told the BBB he would contact me by April 8. I heard nothing. I am pursuing more steps with the BBB and will seek legal action if I do not get satisfaction.
