Move from house to condo.
The movers arrived on time, dealt really well with a chaotic situation, were solicitous and careful even making sure to put protective material under furniture legs so that the newly cleaned carpet wouldn't stain. They would be my first call if I move again!

Dolan lost all my furniture and hasn't paid me!
Dolan moved a few large pieces of furniture into storage. When I attempted to access my storage unit 4/2009 Dolan's receptionist, Amy, put me off with various excuses for 4 months. Finally in August 2009 Amy admitted they lost my unit and would file insurance claim. Over the last year Amy is the only person I have ever spoken with. She told me the owners - George and Kathleen Dolan - instructed her not to give out their phone numbers or email addresses. The owners have never contacted me directly despite repeated requests. Amy keeps telling me - each time I call - "I thought this was taken care of". They owe me approximately $7000 in replacement costs and also 14 months storage costs. Outrageous!

Crooks.
Dolan charged us for a long carry that never took place and will not refund the money or even speak with us any longer. CT BBB was contacted and Dolan said they would send a check, never showed up. Stay away from this company. Current BBB rating of 'F' - says it all.
