   This is my 3rd move with Donation movers and the experience was great again, promt, courteous, fast and professional.  I would recommend them to all and will use them for all my families moves in the future. THank you guys at Donation movers.. Alex.

   Glad to use donation movers.

   This is my second time I used donation movers. I had them to move to our new house early this year with great expeirece. So I tried them again. Yesterday I just had donation movers to help me to move the entertainment center that I bought from another house. Paul gave me a discount/flat rate as returning customer. Movers/Cody and his pal were arriving on 4pm sharp as promised. They are polite and professional, and good communcators. They did excellent job packing/movng/unpacking/set up, they were so carefully with the entermainment center and I could not ask anything more! Definately use them again or recommend to friends.

   Great guys!

   The 3 guys I got were great and they also helped me out by dropping some items at another address on the way to my address.   I trusted them completely and they did their best to move fast but safely with my items.  I liked the fact that if there wasn't an item I needed any more that they could find a use for it.

   Moving.

   You had 3 men move me on 1-16-2013 at 7:00 am from 4225 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix AZ to a storage unit in Phoenix. They were professional and polite, and hard working guys. My wife and I could not believe how fast they moved our two bedroom apartment. They moved me in less than a 1 1/2 hours. I have moved several times, and I can honestly say this is the 1st time I have not had problems with movers. I am not saying this just because they were fast, but it was shocking to see how efficient they worked. I wish I had taken more note of their names, but I would like to say they did a good job.

   Quality of our Move.

   This was the easiest move for us, ever!  The 3-men were so kind, helpful and careful.  Our move from start to finish was stress-free thanks to Donation Movers.  Our move took 2 1/2 hours and we were pleased with the care of wrapping the furniture.  I loved that they did not complain as I changed my mind on the furniture arranging.  If you're moving locally there is no other company to contact.  .

   Third time is not the Charm with these Guys!! Do Not Use Them!!

   We have used this company two times in the past & have referred them to my sister & a friend. When the 3 Mexican guys did the move(s) in the past, they were very efficient, courteous and quick. The price I paid them compared to our move yesterday, was hands down totally different. My mom and I will NEVER recommend them again. They broke at least three items, did not cover they stuff that needed it and got my expensive bed dirty. I had to take off for a few minutes when they were loading the stuff from the place we were moving, so I didn't get to see everything they did. They turned many things upside down & the stuff was thrown around in the drawers from it. We didn't realize exactly how bad things were until they were gone, so we didn't complain like we would have. We even paid them a tip. Not as much we would have if they hadn't charged us an arm and a leg. Also, why would it take them 1-1/2 - 2 hours to get to the new place when it took us between 30-45 mins. I told him we were taking the Hwy!! It didn't take them long to get to our first place, which I find odd, that it took so long to the final destination. One of the guys named Mike I would recommend he was efficient paid attention, asked for directions if needed & red the box labels that were clearly marked. The other two, including the owner Paul & Kyle (not sure if he related to him). They weren't personable, slow and didn't pay attention. Paul had an attitude the whole time & the time I saw his smile is when he got paid $600, which should have cost between $300-$400. We are still finding this messed up & they just put all the boxes in the living/dining area in front of the china hutch, which we asked them not to. Basically we were ignored. So to sum it up!! Don't use em unless you want to be used and abused!! Very disgruntled customers.

   I Wouldn't Recommend Them to Anyone.

   PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS MOVING COMPANY!! I spoke with Paul(I think he's the owner) and got a quote for what I needed and set up a date for the move. I was given the 2-6p slot which was ok. The guys called on moving day to let me know they were on their way, they got there at 3:38 and came up to my place, Paul proceeds to tell me how they almost didn't come because the traffic was heavy.. And he had a bit of an attitude because of it like it was my fault. He tells me the truck had some other persons stuff in it that they were supposed to drop off at a donation place but didn't because of the traffic, I told him he could have called me to let me know that they would be late because the had to drop the stuff off to see if I was ok with it..then he asks me how much stuff I had to move and I told him once again, the apartment and the stuff in my garage, he gets bent out of shape and says " well this might be two trips", and started to move things. In the process of moving my stuff all the of the guys had to use my bathroom which each of them took approx 15-20 minutes in there.. Really? So one of the guys hurt his ankle on the last job and (I felt bad for him) pretty much stayed downstairs moving things which of course took longer since he was hurt. Another guy broke one of my book cases and they weren't (and still haven't) going to fix it like it was nothing, one guy told me to use black tape to cover the break in my book case so it won't show.. We finally get everything moved five hours later and Paul wants to get paid.. So I bring up the book case and Paul said he'll get the piece from Ikea and get it fixed.. Its been over a week now and still nothing from Paul and his moving company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! I sent him an email discussing their service.. Hello, I wanted to let you know that I wasn't real happy with the service I received from your company for the money I spent. I can understand that you were upset with the traffic and getting to my complex, but that was no excuse for you having an attitude and taking it out on me the customer. I feel that you didn't really give me the service I paid for, which was supposed to be three guys and a truck for $100 an hour plus the $75 for gas and taxes.. the truck wasn't even empty and one of your guys was hurt which wasn't my fault which caused him not to be at full capacity with helping and definitely factored in the time taking longer. I think as a business, there should have been something reduced financially because of that since I didn't cause it to happen. Also, I didn't get a copy of the contract which is bad because now I have nothing showing the agreement that was made for your services. During the move one of your guys broke my book case which if I hadn't said anything about, you would have left and not even tried to do anything about it, and actually you still haven't done anything which you said you'd do. I'm sure you probably won't attempt to fix this situation, but that's ok because believe me everyone I come in contact with will here this story and it will be posted on every site I can get it on, to let people know about the kind of service you give.    If you value your property do not hire this company!! They moved us from Phoenix to New River and I thought they did a great job, until I unwrapped my brand new $3K refrigerator and noticed there were 2 dings and a large crease on the front of it. I have tried to call Donation Movers several times and sent a few e-mails and no response on how they plan on fixing my refrigerator. They were happy to take my $900 dollars, but will not even give me the courtesy of a return phone call to discuss this issue. Shady company if you ask me. This is not how you treat your customers, I will never recommend this company! EVER!!

   Missing/Stolen Items.

   I have several items missing from the move. It has been 4 months since the move, and still no resolution, after several phone calls. Every time I contacted the owner, he would say that the matter will be looked into, and I will be contacted. After 3 months of this process going on, he finally responded that they do not have my items. He said he would compensate me for the lost/stolen items, but no response since.

    Not a Real Moving Company.

    They were HOURS late. They took twice as long as they quoted. They are all out of shape. They are unprofessional and blast heavy metal in your house and have all the neighbors looking at you. They completely rip you off. They 'rent a truck'. There is no paperwork done. They are NOT a real company. Just a craigslist scam artist. Trust me. Do NOT USE this guys!
