   Please stay away from this .over

   Hired them today to move from my 2 bed apartment. They estimated 2-3 hours. Took 6 hours. Both the to and from addresses had no stairs. The staff was untrained. I helped them out a lot. Still they charged me double of the estimated amount. They are not professionals for sure. Please refrain from hiring them.

   Zero stars if I could.

   This is the worse company to date. We chose Eko Movers because they agreed to hold our items in a truck for the week we were in hotel. When the trucks arrive it was clearly a different truck. While they stored our stuff every piece of furniture was damaged. Grease smears on the couches, scrapes and Knicks out of tables and hutches. Broken dresser legs and broken bunk bed. We then processed through their claim process. After three months of filling out forms and following up, $67.20. that was for over $15K worth of damaged furniture a lot of it less than a year old. Do not use Eco Movers at any cost.

   Horrible experience! DO NOT USE! Their movers stole money, an iPad, and my apartmant's brand new 2-wheel dolly (I had to replace) and they tried to make me feel responsible - over $900+. I told the movers not to go into my walk-in closet (purse- cash taken from my wallet, iPad and case etc were in there) and I had forgotten that I had some cash in my underwear drawer in a zipper change purse, in side a small black box, inside a divider box under my bras and underwear (can't believe they went through my underwear). It also took them over 12 hours to move us from a 1 bedroom apartment to a small house 20 minutes away. My husband, adult daughter and I ended up helping them unload because it was pitch black out (I had to have my car running with headlights on the truck). I gave the movers a check, which we didn't know they weren't supposed to take and called me back for a credit card; I said no and we stopped payment on the $1200 check, which they tried to cash 4 times, even when they said they would not cash it. I called the company that night when noticed money was missing from my purse; I didn't notice iPad or cash missing from the drawer till the next day when we realized that they went through my husbands drawers as well. The drawers were put back in the wrong places and everything was tossed together. The company wanted me to still pay them $700+ for moving us without reimbursing me for what was stolen! They said their employees never came back. I filed a police report, nothing came from it; they couldn't 'find' the employees, you'd think Eko Movers would have wanted to help the police catch these guys and give them information! After a week of wanting us to pay, I told them I'd have to take it up with a lawyer, they left us alone.

   Property Damage!

   Would NEVER use this mover again. Not only did they damage items and walls but they DRIVE TRUCK THROUGH MOST OF MY NEIGHBORS’ YARDS!! I tried for months to get them to repair the damage and they will not even return my calls or emails. Horrible company!!

   Don't use this company!!

   Terrible. The men who did the moving were ok.. nice, but showed up late, didn't have any dollys or supplies to help them with big items. BROKE a desk because they were in such a hurry to get to another job (quoted). Then the next day we had not paid they since we wanted to talk to a manager. Well they told me that I was ignoring them then INSISTED on a payment since they had shown back up. Also got a nasty call IMMEDIATELY after the movers left saying we needed to pay. hahahah never again.

   Move.

   Without a doubt THE worst movers out there. Represented 3-5 hours to move out. It took 13. Undermanned. Nothing shrink wrapped. Extensive damages to nearly every piece of furniture. Nice guys who do the work, but it was careless as evidenced by the significant damages. Too bad. Tried to give the business to a small company. They blew it, then refused to honor legal obligations to make good on their gross negligence. They will have to learn the hard way. In court. Hire anyone else.

   Moving of Household Goods.

   Not a good experience! I was told the movers would arrive by 9 am, but they arrived at 11:30 am. I was told they would send a 4-person crew, but they sent a 3-person crew. My simple "local" move did not get finished until 1:30 am in the morning!! The crew of movers were quite friendly, but they were sent out late and under-manned.
