   Every item packed carefully and ended up in the right place

   We had a great experience with Getgreen moves team.Moving from a two bedroom home into a mix of storage stuff and new placed seemed complicated due to stairs 3rd floor no lift,but the team made it stress less with their team work and well experienced . They arrived early,packed carefully every item ended up in the right spot.Higly recommend and definitely use them again in future.

   Exceptional Service for a Complex Move

   I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. My move wasn’t exactly simple, two different pickup spots in London, packing up some antiques, and getting everything up to Birmingham, but the team made it all look easy. Right from the start, they were on time, professional, and really had everything under control. They sorted out the whole move smoothly and without any fuss, and the price was totally fair. The guys were friendly, careful with my stuff, and just overall great to deal with. Everything arrived safe and sound, no damage at all. I’ll definitely be using them again, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a solid moving team.

   Stress Free Moving Experience

   Great Service

   Our job was done in 3 days as this was a big move. The packers and movers were very professional. They packed all our possessions with care and handle breakable things carefully and efficiently. They make our move hassle free and did not stress us out during the packing and moving process. We are very happy and recommend to our friends and family.

   Unsatisfactory move

   I will not be using again and neither would I recommend the company. My review is not personal to the actual removal men, they, for the most part, grafted hard. My complaint lies with the management, their lack of understanding and communication (unless it was about money demanding immediate payment for a job half done). The team arrived late, which is fine, these things happen, but this was not communicated to us and we had to call several times before eventually being called back. We paid extra for the dismantling and reassemble service. Two of the men were here until late in the evening attempting to dismantle a bed frame, in the end they gave up and we were told a specialist team would be back the next day, they returned close to 24 hrs later with a drill! That was the specialist team, a man with a drill. If they'd brought the correct tools, perhaps the job would not have taken two days. Moving is stressful enough, in my opinion GetGreen management did little to help alleviate that pressure.

While your feedback was not entirely unexpected — as both you and Mr. Palmiera had mentioned during the move that you would leave reviews if additional charges were required — we do appreciate you highlighting your concerns. Your comments reflect certain aspects of the experience accurately, but we feel it's important to provide some context to help paint a more complete picture. You’re right in noting that our team arrived approximately an hour later than scheduled. However, to ensure your move was completed efficiently, we immediately arranged for an additional porter at no extra cost. The delay and added complexity were largely due to a significant number of additional items, that were almost double, that were not included in the inventory provided during the quotation process. This inventory was confirmed in writing, and no amendments were made despite the changes on the day. Regarding payment, the remaining balance was due the day before the move. While we understand things can get busy, we only followed up with polite reminders after two previously agreed payment times passed without completion. With respect to dismantling and reassembly, no extra charge was made for that service. The very reasonable additional cost was for the extra furniture and boxes required to accommodate the larger volume of items, which you both agreed to at the time. Yes, the reassembly was completed the following day — again, without any additional charge — because the IKEA bed in question had been previously dismantled and reassembled multiple times, making the process more complex. We returned with the extra tools and ensured the job was completed to a standard and your satisfaction. It's also worth noting that, although space limitations in your new home made manoeuvring and reassembling items more challenging, our team did their utmost to assist. Additionally, we removed and disposed of a number of furniture items on your behalf at no extra cost, as they could not be accommodated in your new property. We truly regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. That said, we stand by the efforts made by our team to adapt to the circumstances, resolve challenges as they arose, and provide value wherever possible. We wish you all the best in your new home and thank you again for your feedback — it helps us grow and continue improving our service.
