   Do not use this company - I don't want others to experience what I did

   Our shipment was loaded onto the truck on June 16th, we moved across country and, three months later, on September 16th, received our shipment of boxes and furniture, much longer than originally agreed. I had been contacting the moving company weekly, sometimes daily, and they had been uncommunicative, noncommittal, even rude at times, but most importantly; they kept shifting the move date with vague statements such as 'one more week' (they said this four weeks in a row) as well as varying excuses for the delays. They never once reached out to communicate with me, it has only ever been my initiation of communication that resulted in any contact. In fact they would sometimes claim they would 'call me right back' only to turn off the phone entirely. The initial phone number they had on file with the brokers and online with USDOT is a wrong number. At one point I was told by a dispatcher that I "should fee lucky it's only taking three months." They were not clear about the timeline, or the process, or the location of our possessions at any given time. When they did arrive, our bed frame, handcart, and two boxes were missing, and multiple items were crushed and broken. I was told to use either cash or zelle to make payment, despite the advice of my bank, and then discovered that zelle had a limit and this had to be broken up into two payments. They had added $850 to the total just the day before delivery. I was told that we would be given 24 hours notice before delivery, because we both work, but that did not happen. I believe they has subcontracted the work to more than one company because they were not able to complete the job themselves. I had updated the company that there was street construction but they didn't bother to tell their own drivers this.
