Ripped Off.
We were moving 15 minutes away .They were to bring only the large items. We made this move once before. We knew now long it would take. It took them 6 1/2 hours to move what should of been one trip from house to house. There wasn't that much stuff. They used a small truck which meant they had to make multiple trips. The guy in charge was very rude to my wife. Yelling at her,too much to get into here. He left a lot of stuff in the the garage that should of been put inside. Lazy! When I called and complained I got a lot of double talk from Nicole. Finally I was transferred to the boss. Don't recall his name. Of course I was promised he would look into the abusive behavior of his employee. Haven't heard from him since. Wish we never had anything to do with these people.
