   Brilliant all round

   I recently hired J-Load to complete a local move in the Bournemouth area, from a storage space to a 1-bedroom first-floor flat. I can't praise J-Load enough. The two-man crew on the day, Darren and Dean, were polite, helpful and efficient, and went the extra mile to reassemble a challenging wardrobe. The reassembly proved hard to complete on the day, so J-Load director Matthew returned at a convenient time a few days later to finish the job himself. It makes all the difference when a company is helpful in this way, and fairly priced, so I would have no hesitation in hiring J-Load again, or in recommending them to other customers.

   Recently moved from Bournemouth to London. The whole process was made really easy and stress free with J Load. Really helpful and patient removal guys on the day who catered for every type of removal from clothes on hangers to sofas! Good cost with great service. I would recommend again to friends or family.

   Courteous, careful and cheerful

   Our move from Poole to Ferndown was delayed 4 times. J-Load managed to adapt to every change, and still managed to do a great job, on time and with smiles all round. Matt was especially helpful, and led a great team of guys to do everything he had promised. I was glad to see 4 vehicles for the job, as it allowed for some flexibility in loading. We were very pleased with everything, including price, professionalism, service, flexibility and adaptability. Highly recommended.

   OMG!! Brilliant

   Quote was very reasonable..I moved 25 miles,from 4 bed to three bed home...the communication was great,and all my things were packed on the vans with great care,including around 40 potted plants...the guys were lovely and tried really hard with two large sofas which we thought would not go up to the lounge but they persevered and we got them in!...I cannot thank them enough, and if I ever move again ,would use J-Load Ltd,they are the best!!

   Better late than never!

   We moved 17 Mar.Lift at new block out no problem the 4 guys worked like demons. Best price no quibbles about last minute date changes. Totally brilliant in all aspects of the move. All nice guys just kept the drinks coming(Cokes). Absolutely brilliant the actual move/quote process quick and easy. Not intending to move soon but J-load would be our first, second & third call.    Move from Dorset to West Somerset

   From the initial quote to the day we moved Matt & his team were on hand and constantly checking we had everything we needed. On the day before the move the house was packed up quickly and efficiently. Our removal team of 3 were excellent (Matt - apologies for not remembering their names can you name them for me). Nothing was too much trouble, they worked hard and were incredibly careful with everything. Really top blokes. We were delayed getting our keys at the other end but the guys remained cheerful and assured us not to worry. When we did move in, they did not rush it instead made sure everything was where we needed it and unloaded carefully. They had a long drive home so we appreciated that. All in all would highly recommend to anyone!

    Randomly emailed to say they had ceased trading so couldn’t do my move? Still no explanation and website is still live Maybe someone will explain on here? Apologies is something awful has happened but i still think some explanation would be helpful
