   Horrible.

   Worst move I have ever had. Poor quality packing job, unprofessional team leader. He offered to hire some crackheads to get the job done quicker. Brought a dog with him which he had to keep going to the truck to check on which slowed things up because boxes had to be repacked due to first time team members not knowing what to do. Workers saying they had to leave early to go to their 2nd job. Upon arrival of my shipment to my new duty station, myself and the company unpacking my stuff noticed that boxes were mislabeled, my matress was laid on it's side and filthy, items that were wood finish had tape on them instead of being wrapped in paper. Boxes partially taped and not labeled. A complete disaster!! I haven't even got through half of my belongings. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you are military I advise against using them. It seems like they literally hire anyone off the street. This is my 2nd duty station using this company and both times have been horrible!

   Horrible Customer Service.

   Started out okay but got tremendously bad when moving day came and claims were sent in. Price was comparable to others, but went with them due to the family feel of the company. Raised price while I was pricing other companies, but to their side, it was past when they said price was good. Moving day came and they showed up on time, began packing and worked til 1:00 pm, and left for the day, finished next day around 11:00 am (seems like it could have been done in one day). Truck packers were somewhat careful (so I thought) and filled up their truck. When coming to unloading truck, the different crew was rough with items, and put boxes and items whereever they thought they went. I began directing them, but was not able to meet with every one. As a result many of our items were placed in locations that we had to search for. As in every move, damages were done to items. This is where King Movers fail miserably. After discovering items, and calling to verify how to file claims, they sent me the forms, and asked that I send them back to them to review and send to insurance company. After a month of hearing nothing, I called, and called, and called. It is now six months later, and I have yet to have my claims fulfilled. Owner (Britt King) will NOT return any of my calls. I have worked with 4 different folks in the office, and can not get any news on my claims. I finally got a number for the customer service of the movers, and they have had no information on the claims yet. They have the move recorded but no claims. Horrible, Horrible customer service by Kings Moving and Storage. Will tell everyone I know in the Mid-Kansas area to ensure they do not use these folks.
