   Overall Dissatisfaction with company

   When I first engaged the company the price was under eight thousand and seemed fair, the closer we came to the pick up date the price went up a couple thousand, after the movers has put my property on the truck the price was above TWELVE THOUSAND. After having taken approximately 12 hours to load, I was too tired to fight, when I got up in the morning, I realized how much property they failed to pack. But the worst was yet to come; much of my property was damaged with quite a few non replaceable items, missing. The ABSOLUTE worst thing about dealing with this company is the Settlement phase where they attempt to compensate you for your missing and/or damaged property, their offer will be so insulting, you will consider acts of violence as your first response, after quickly realizing that won't work, you will definitely take them to court, as they are too stupid to negotiate with any sense of fairness.

   Whatever you do please don’t hire them. Worst experience we ever had moving. Paid extra for them to pack our belongings and they never showed up on the day before to pack. They said the truck had problems, came the day of moving with a small truck. We had to take them to uhaul to rent another truck. They took that one day to pack and move us. They got there late and tried to renegotiate a different price. To sum things up, what we experienced was a total nightmare. The truck was days late delivering our furniture, arrived at 7:40 pm and left our house at 1am. They were rushing and tired broke at least 50% of our furniture and some things are missing. Please, please don’t used these scam artists. We have been trying to reach them no return calls or emails. We’re in the process of taking them to court, we have all the pics to show. This was the most stressful, horrible experience for us , my children are still upset because some of their are missing. FYI Link Logistic speak to our lawyer or see you’ll in court.

   Basically thieves

   I hired this company for my out of state move and 2wks after the scheduled delivery date I have still not received my furniture. No matter when I call or how many times I call noone answers the phone or calls me back. It's unbelievable! Now, I'm starting the process of bringing a civil suit and I can't believe this is really happening.
