   The team that helped us move did an excellent job. They took good care of my items, were efficient, and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made the move easy. Would recommend using them for any short or long distance moves!

   Great Moving Experience

   All the movers were super kind and helpful during my first big move process. They helped me and accommodated some additional changes I made. They were also very careful and conscious of my fragile items. Also, they were very quick with my move but not careless with my items. I appreciated them taping my boxes more ensuring they were secure. Thank you guys!

   Just Alright

   Paid for full pack service and had a four person team packing up my house. Overall they did good but they missed my kitchen trash can and a few pairs of shoes. I also had the original packaging for all of my TVs and instead they used their own combination of cardboard boxes and shipping blankets resulting in an extra carload of boxes I had to take to recycle. I was not informed until they were completely done packing that they weren’t able to pack any liquids(hand soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, syrup) (even though they packed up my shampoo and conditioner without issue)

   Thank you for sharing your experience and we are truly sorry that there were a few items accidentally left behind. Normally our teams do a final walkthrough with every client to ensure that all rooms, closets, cabinets, etc have been emptied and all goods have been loaded on the truck. In regards to the packing, I understand that having additional cardboard boxes may be cumbersome to deal with but we, the carrier, are liable for the protection of your goods under the Full Pack Service. This is why it is standard protocol to ensure that your goods are packed using the proper materials and in a manner to withstand long distance transit. Liquids are on the Prohibited Items list which is supplied to every client immediately after booking. This is more for the protection of your items so that in the event anything leaks the fluid does not ruin your goods that may be packed in the same box or tote. We do our best to prepare each client on the Do's and Don'ts of moving and I am sorry if this information was clear enough for you. I am very pleased to see that there were no damages and no increase in charges on your relocation so if we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
