Great Company!
Lyon & Movers were great! I had a lot of things to be moved and didn't think everything would be handled in only one day. They arrived early and handled everything execptionally well! The workers were very gentle with my items and made sure they didn't break anything. I have small door openings, in which they did not bump any of the walls. I could not have asked for a better moving company!

Great Moving Company!!
Lyon & Movers was very professional. They arrived on time and was ready to get started. They packed everything safely in boxes and protected my furniture. I had NO problems..all my items are delivered to my new address in perfect condition. They also unpacked and placed everything in their desired place. Lyon & Movers did not rush nor did they stand around wasting time. I could not have picked a better company to move my family.

Very poor service.
We were moving our daughter from Columbia MD to Baltimore. They told us that they charged by the hour then took stairs instead of elevator, taking more time. They claimed they couldn't find the place and charged for that extra time. They demanded payment before they unloaded and the bill was almost twice the original estimate of $500. When we questioned this the movers threatened to put the furniture in storage until we payed. We told them we would pay but wanted to discuss the disparity between the estimate and the final cost. They refused and continued to demand payment or they would not unload our possessions. When we called the company to question this they kept putting us on hold, then hung up on us. The movers finally took $300 off the cost. We paid their price.The movers then unloaded the truck and left a third of the furniture on the street and left. A rip off. We cannot recommend them.
