   80-90% of our furniture was dinged scratched or outright broken in some way. Rather than packing dressers with clothing inside, they packed all items in oversized boxes - despite the fact that we asked outright if they were going to move them with the contents inside. Meanwhile some things that were asked to be re-packed were not. Almost everything was packed in oversized boxes that made unpacking very difficult. Packing materials were overused in many cases, and yet not enough in others - computers were packed with little padding at all and in boxes with several other items, yet a nail clipper was wrapped with 3 pieces of paper as an example. When the truck was being loaded, it was left overnight without locks on the truck doors. Heavy items were stacked on top of delicate items which caused breakage. The whole house was scheduled to take 4 days which was ridiculous - they were mostly finished in two days, and could have easily done it in two if they hadn't wasted so much time emptying the contents of every dresser in the house - which, to be noted - means that three months after the move we still can't find things because they weren't labeled properly. On arrival at the destination, the guys unloaded a large amount of the household onto the driveway and lawn because apparently there was some discrepancy between the driver and the dispatcher. And finally, it took over 2 months to get the boxes picked up after having to call over and over again to get it done. The amount of boxes they used was taking up 1/4 of our garage and was a huge inconvenience. We have had much better luck with other Atlas movers in the past, and this was a big disappointment.

   Non disclosure of Information.

   I contacted the owner of this company as a result of a referral from a friend. my telephonic communication over a period of months led me to believe this individual was honest and trustworthy. I subsequently learned differently when my attempts to solicit assistance with the denial of a damage claim by Atlas Van Lines,  proved unsuccessful. Calls were not returned as promised.  It was only after my Google search of the company did I learn that Lytle Transport is actually an Agent of Atlas Van Lines. The owner also did not inform me that as an agent, he was fully aware of Atlas' policies, specifically it's damage claim policies.
