   Dishonest and Non Communicative

   My original bid was for $1900. The company claims they have a 10 day cancellation policy, but they do not call you 10 days in advance with the final quote and dimensions of the items you are moving. The final quote was double the original. I had to leave items behind just to afford the move. I confirmed the pick-up date in an email. The morning of the move, I received a phone call that they were not coming. Lydia could not tell me why, could not/would not confirm the day they were coming. I called the office, no one answered the phone. At 7:00 that evening, I received a call they were coming the next day. By then, I could not trust them with my move and made other arrangements. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but as you can imagine, it got us nowhere. I am out over $1300. I feel this is a breach of contract, no services were provided. Any reputable/honest company would issue you a refund.

   Dishonest Moving Company

   I signed a contract for $5,000, plus $1,000 down. I was moving from Ohio to Ky. They did not show up on the day they were designated to be there. Showed up late the following day. Charged $16,000 dollars. When I showed them the signed contract, the mover came up with all kinds of excuses. They would not move it without the check. Everything was loaded in a UHaul, that I could have rented! They claimed they got lost on the way and showed up at my house in Ky. after 11:00 pm. Most of my items were just dumped in one room. Things were broken, my $8 thousand bed is in disrepair, other items were broken, several items are missing. I’ve reached out a number of times to Travis, the man I set this up with and I haven’t gotten a response. The main mover said he was from Texas and had another move after mine! That would make the next move in the middle of the night? This whole experience was devastating! I hope this helps others from going through what we are still struggling with. We are taking further action against this company.
